Intel® Mission Control is a desktop application for planning, automating, and managing UAV missions and processing the resulting aerial imagery. It offers a map-based workflow with preconfigured mission types—such as area mapping, corridor surveys, and structure or facade inspections—along with automatic flight-path generation that respects overlap, altitude, and ground sampling targets. Features like terrain following, geofencing, and preflight safety checks help ensure consistent coverage and safer operations.
During flight, the software coordinates camera triggering and payload settings to capture high-quality, repeatable data. Afterward, it imports photos and telemetry, organizes datasets, and can produce or export orthomosaics, digital surface models, point clouds, and 3D meshes in industry-standard formats for use in common GIS and CAD tools. Designed for Intel drone platforms such as the Falcon 8+, Intel® Mission Control helps survey, construction, and asset-inspection teams streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve data quality.
Intel® Mission Control is developed by Intel. The most popular version of this product among our users is 1.6. The name of the program executable file is IntelMissionControl.exe.
